Theme Park Camp 2009

Hi all,

After all the fun that everyone had last year at Theme Park camp, Harvey's network are planning on going again this year.

It is from the 4th until 6th September - before all the universities go back. The plan is arrive Friday evening, go to Thorpe park Saturday and have a disco/party (fancy dress), and then leave on Sunday morning.

Food shall be sorted nearer the time this is not included in the price, but probably shall just involve takeaway pizza or something similar.

The cost of this whole weekend is £36. I shall need to know by the 21st June numbers so that i can book it up and ensure we get our places, with money to be given to either Sam or i by the same date.

We are more than happy to have the money at our next meeting, the kings arms in Rotherfield on Friday 29th may.
