Adding multiple pictures to a gallery

Uploading pictures using FTP

You can upload a batch of files to the website using something called "FTP". You will need a piece of software called an "FTP Client" to do this.

CoffeeCupFTP is a free FTP Client which you can download here.

Once installed, start CoffeeCupFTP and click on the "Servers" button in the top left corner. Click on the the plus symbol to make a new connection, then complete the fields as shown:

You are now ready to upload pictures, by copying the files into the right hand window.

Assigning the uploaded photos to a gallery

1. Click here
2. Enter a Title for each photo (this can be changed later if you're not sure which photo is which)
3. Select the gallery you want to add the photos to in the Image Galleries drop down list
4. Click Import
